When registering, it asks for OTP which is sent on my email id. Despite entering the correct OTP, it does not proceed forward. Says incorrect details. I tried 4 times and still no progress. The app is useless
App is very simple to use. Its a great way of organising Umrah and praying at Rawdah. However, in reality none of that happened. I booked for Umrah but I enetered and nobody asked or stopped me. I also booked for praying at Rawdah but the guard did not let me enter due to reaching the full capacity. THEN WHY WASTING YOUR MONEY FOR THIS USELESS APP !!!!!
I am unable to go beyond the verification. However, I do applaud the effort for this app. For those facing the same error 10010016, its likely because your phone android version is higher than 10. I know of ppl with no issue with android version 10.
This app doesn’t work at all not showing countries so I can save my country name, doesn’t show area code so I can add my phone number, too slow to use or make an ID, not working properly I have been trying to make new ID so I can use this app while performing ummrah and Hajj but I don’t think so this app gonna work.
There is a technical error in the application that is appearing for many people and issue is not solved!!! Unfortunately i couldn’t visit the rawda because of this error in the application as they do not allow anyone to access the rawda without the permission
After the announcement that Umrah permits can be booked from outside Saudi Arabia, I keep getting a “Visa number already exists error” when trying to activate my account. Everyone else is getting the same error when I checked Twitter. Please fix this issue so we can book our permits from abroad. You can’t make an announcement if the app doesn’t support the feature!
New user can’t able to create an account. Because When User is trying to select Nationality and country code – the drop-down menu is not displaying on screen fully. It’s a blocker and critical bug in the system.
The application is glitching. We tried installing and uninstalling the app several times. It won’t accept either the old data or any attempts at a new account
